Player Information
---------------------------------------------------------------
•        Leagues are divided by Grade Level and are as
follows:
o        Encompass League (Special Needs)
        Will begin in January 2011
o        Pre –K  (at least 3 yrs by September 1st, 2010)
o        Kindergarten Coed
o        1st Grade Coed
o        2nd Grade Coed
o        3rd and 4th Grade Girls
o        3rd and 4th Grade Boys
o        5th and 6th Grade Girls
o        5th and 6th Grade Boys
o        7th, 8th & 9th  Grade Coed
o        10th , 11th & 12th Grade Coed
•        All players are asked to wear black shorts and tennis
shoes during games
•        Practices for Kindergarten through 12th Grade
participants are set to begin the week of October 11th, 2010
•        All teams will practice at least one time per week
•        Each team will have pictures taken at an assigned
time.  If you are not present when the pictures are taken,
there will be no retakes.
•        All leagues will use rules set by the PYBA Board of
Directors
•        All games will be played within South Madison Schools
•        Games will begin the weekend of October 3ost
•        More information is available when you join our
mailing list by simply putting your email address on the
registration form at sign-ups
•        All meetings of the PYBA Board of Directors are
open to the public
•        PHHS led SKILLS CAMP will be Oct 9th at PHHS
and cost is included in Registration Fees

•        Pre-K $30.00
•        $65.00 Single Player
•        $115.00 Two Players
•        $150.00 Three or more players per family
•          $30 Fundraiser Fee per family
o        Fundraiser is sale of Pizza Cards
•        Late sign-up dates will be any registration received
after October 20rd
o        Fee for late registration will be $20
•        All fees are due at the time of registration
•        No late registrations will be accepted and No refunds
will be given after teams are assigned
